The survey is a fillable pdf that can be saved and emailed back to me at mmaggio@missoulaeduplace.org or if you prefer you can fill it out, print it and mail it to me at 2825 Santa Fe Ct Missoula, MT 59808. Please return the completed survey to me by April 30th, 2021. Please feel free to pass this survey on to any MT land manager that you think should fill it out.
